Can I exchange my product for something else?
We unfortunately do not do exchanges at the moment! Please visit our Returns page for more information on how to start the return process. Depending on the situation, we can also provide Store Credit. Contact us for more information.
Do your prices include tax and duties?
Depending on your location, you may be charged Sales Tax, GST/HST/PST on your orders. Duties are not included in the price. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

I made a mistake and need to cancel my order!!
Oh no! We all make mistakes, so don’t worry about it. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. Please ensure you add your Order # to the email subject line.
