  • Returns & Refunds Policy 

  • We are so sorry that you didn’t like the order! 


    Our policy enables returns to be requested within 3 days after you have received your package. Returns will be free of charge.


    Your refund will be processed within 7 days of when the request was sent. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. 


    Full refunds for your order will be granted if: 

    • The order is defective, broken, tampered with
    • The order is not as described (colour and quality) 
    • The order did not arrive 
    • Full priced items

    We are unable to provide a refund if:

    • You changed your mind on the product 
    • If the product cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes (such as clothing and footwear)
    • The product was purchased on a Sale/Discounted price

  • At this time, we do not provide exchanges for your orders. If you would like an item in a different variation, kindly start the Return and Refund process, and place a new order on the website. Thank you for your patience!
